Rinoplastica naso grosso prima e dopo Il naso può essere troppo grande per il viso. Obiettivo è riposizionare all’indietro la punta del naso, ma vanno sempre rimodellati profilo e posizione della columella.
Punta cadente prima e dopo Nella punta cadente è necessario riposizionare la punta del naso e l’altezza del profilo. Il viso acquista naturalezza e serenità, senza eccessi chirurgici.
Naso deviato prima e dopo Nasi deviati, asimmetrici. Una sfida per il chirurgo nasale. Non è possibile ricreare una perfetta simmetria, ma il “dopo” è significativamente meglio del “prima”.

Il look-book (o Galleria) riporta le foto comparative (intervento prima e dopo) di miei pazienti che hanno dato esplicito consenso alla pubblicazione delle immagini.
Ho riportato i tipi di naso che più frequentemente richiedono di essere corretti chirurgicamente, inserendo da una parte casi tipici e frequenti di rinoplastica di riduzione (il/la paziente richiede un naso più piccolo), dall’altro lato ricostruzioni nasali complesse, soprattutto casi di nasi operati (rinoplastica secondaria, rinoplastica di revisione) e nasi post-traumatici.
Bisogna considerare che questa galleria non è un catalogo da cui scegliere il proprio naso. Ogni paziente ha desideri e aspettative diverse. E’ certo che il risultato finale è il frutto di una interazione tra quattro differenti elementi:
desideri del/della paziente, analisi morfologica nasale computerizzata, il progetto personalizzato pre-operatorio
e realizzabilità chirurgica del progetto.
La verità è che il risultato finale è riferibile a “quel” singolo particolare paziente, che avrà gusti, aspettative e desideri assolutamente personali.
E’ certo che non esiste nessun altro elemento del volto che presenti una illimitata variabilità di forme e dimensioni come il naso.
Catalogare i tipi di nasi in categorie è importante per il chirurgo perché permette di selezionare le tecniche che meglio funzionano in un tipo di naso piuttosto che in un altro. Nella mia pratica ultradecennale, ho catalogato i 20 tipi di naso che più frequentemente hanno attirato la mia attenzione. Ho operato decine, centinaia di casi di ognuno dei primi 19 tipi.
Il ventesimo è una rarità assoluta, da contemplare e da non sfiorare con il bisturi.
