What an exciting time was here in Istanbul! I’m honoured to have been in charge of organizing the very first in the history of the EAFPS session dedicated completely to our practice management and business aspects of our practices. And I’m very happy that is was very successful.

WHY IS IT IMPORTANT?
Business and practice management are inseparable elements of success in facial plastic surgery, especially within private practices. These aspects fundamentally shape how we operate—not only within the administrative side of our practice but also in how we engage with patients and perform in the operating room. Strong business acumen enables us to streamline processes, manage resources effectively, and create an environment where surgical excellence can thrive. The pursuit of perfection, both in surgical outcomes and in running a successful practice, ultimately benefits our patients and allows us to consistently deliver high-quality care.
